It’s a hardly a secret that the trucking industry is filled with companies that over-promise and under-deliver, especially to their drivers. As a former driver, I know firsthand what it's like to feel powerless and at the mercy of an employer, so we've created a different kind of trucking company; one where we keep our promises.
We will answer any questions you have and together you can discover if you are a good fit for Mast Trucking.

I've been driving for Mast Trucking for about five years, and I truly feel like I've found a place to call home within the company. The people within the organization have really made my time here exceptional. Whether it's a mechanic, accountant, recruiter, safety, training, or dispatch -- all are accessible and helpful, even the owner himself.
Before I joined the Mast Trucking team, my days were long, tiring, and we struggled to make ends meet. Since I’ve started driving with mast, my husband and I are on our way to becoming debt-free and I’m able to work a varied schedule. I truly appreciate the ‘family’ atmosphere at Mast — I am not just a number or another driver. Driving a big rig was a secret dream of mine since I was a girl. Thanks to Mast, my dream has come true!
I has been an OTR Driver with Mast Trucking for the last 15 years. One of the things that has kept me around for so long are the people I work with. I’ve never been treated this nice [in other jobs] by the office team and higher-ups. I also like working for a family-oriented company and wants to retire from Mast Trucking one day.
In 2016, during the course of a major life storm, I followed God's prompting in pursuit of a career change. God is always good, and this company is one of many examples of His boundless Grace. I felt lead to truck driving, and fortunately found a position with Mast Trucking. At Mast, I feel like so much more than just a team member. As an employee, I am treated more like family and feel valued and celebrated. I whole-heartedly enjoy my job with Mast and truly feel as if I "retired" at the ripe old age of 37. Now, I'm able to both support my family as well as spend much more quality time with them.
Driving for Mast has allowed me to have time and space in my personal life that I didn't get at previous driving jobs. Working for a smaller company has a lot of benefits -- you learn a lot and their training program is really valuable for new drivers. Mast has been able to keep growing in pace with the trucking industry, which never stops!
Before becoming part of the Mast team, I worked multiple jobs. Since joining the Mast team, my work and personal life has changed drastically — I now have just one job that pays well and has great stability. One of the best things about working at Mast is how much control they give their drivers over their careers. I feel very fortunate to work for a company that values safety and cares about their employees — I know that this is not the case at most trucking companies.
